Delivery FAQ

When will my order be delivered?

Standard deliveries take place from Tuesday to Friday, with optional Saturday delivery. Delivery windows are Morning or Afternoon, subject to availability.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs are £7.99 per box (up to 10kg) from Tuesday to Friday and £9.99 per box (up to 10kg) on Saturdays.

How does weight affect delivery charges?

Each box has a maximum weight of 10kg. Orders exceeding this limit will be split into multiple boxes and charged per box.

What are the order cut-off times?

Orders placed before 11:59 a.m. (Monday–Thursday) qualify for Tuesday–Friday delivery. Saturday delivery is available for orders placed between 12:00 a.m. Thursday and 11:59 a.m. Friday.

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver across most UK Mainland postcodes, as well as selected Offshore and extended-delivery regions. Availability depends on postcode.

Can deliveries be delayed?

Yes. Deliveries may be delayed due to weather conditions, stock availability, or operational issues. Customers will be notified whenever possible.
