This Delivery Policy provides a summary of delivery options, pricing, and service areas for orders placed through the Bravaro Car Care online store within the United Kingdom.

Delivery Schedule

Delivery windows: Morning or Afternoon (times are not guaranteed).
Standard deliveries: Tuesday to Friday.
Saturday deliveries: Available on Saturdays only.
Delivery times may vary depending on daily demand.

Delivery Prices & Weight Rules

Tuesday to Friday: £7.99 per box (up to 10kg).
Saturday: £9.99 per box (up to 10kg).
Orders exceeding 10kg will be shipped in multiple boxes and charged per box accordingly.

Order Cut-Off Times

Tuesday–Friday deliveries: Orders placed before 11:59 a.m. (Monday–Thursday).
Saturday deliveries: Orders placed from 12:00 a.m. Thursday to 11:59 a.m. Friday.
Orders placed after cut-off times will be scheduled for the next available business day, in line with our delivery partner’s rules.

Delivery Delays

Deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, stock availability, or operational constraints. Customers will be notified by phone and/or email whenever possible.

Delivery Zones

UK Mainland: Available across most mainland postcodes.
UK Mainland (2 working days): Selected AB postcodes.
UK Offshore: Selected regions with delivery times of 2 working days or 2–5 working days, depending on location.
