Product Description

OPTY is a high-performance polishing compound developed exclusively for automotive glass polishing. It effectively corrects scratches, surface defects, wiper marks and water spots, helping to restore clarity and optical transparency to glass surfaces.

Paired with specialised 5-inch pads, the system delivers a complete glass correction process—from cutting with the felt pad to refinement and finishing with the canvas pad—ensuring controlled correction and a professional-grade result.

Instructions for Use

Shake well before use.
Carefully inspect the glass. If cracks, chips or deep stone damage are present, do not proceed.
Ensure the glass is thoroughly clean and decontaminated, preferably using Prizm Vonixx.
Apply the product directly to the felt, canvas or denim glass polishing pad.
Using a rotary polisher, work in cross-hatched, overlapping passes at 1200–1600 RPM.
Monitor glass temperature, keeping it between 55°C and 65°C.
Lightly lubricate the pad with a water sprayer as required, avoiding direct contact with the glass.

Important Notes

Avoid touching the glass during polishing.
Never spray water directly onto the glass while polishing, as sudden temperature changes may cause partial or complete cracking.
Incorrect pad angle may lead to bevels or optical distortion.
Depending on defect depth, preliminary sanding may be required prior to polishing.
